I'm Emily, an Ayurvedic practitioner, Western herbalist and holistic massage therapist. I trained in Ayurveda and herbalism in the United States, with an internship in India, and trained in massage here in England. My work brings these together: east and west, an ancient tradition and hands-on care.
We start with a short conversation about how you are and what you'd like from the session. What follows is shaped around you. Come as you are, and let's make time that is just for you.
